Return Policy
In rare instances it will be necessary to issue an allowance for defective merchandise. In granting these allowances, the following points will be considered:
Pressure treated southern yellow pine was developed for all-season outdoor use and is designed to resist insect infestation and rot even with ground contact. It should be understood that it natural and expected for Unharrie products to crack, weather check, lose some finish treatment and warp slightly. These factors alone do not constitute a reason to reject the product or accrue an allowance, because they rarely compromise the structural integrity of the furniture.
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned. Under no circumstances will we accept customer charge backs which do not have prior authorization.
